Hair Lab Studios – Shipping Policy
When you place your order, you agree to pay any shipping, handling, and delivery charges applied. Hair Labs Studios reserves the right to change these charges at any time. Notice of changes to these charges will be provided when you make your purchase.
Hair Lab Studios works hard to ensure your purchases are received in good condition. Once your order is placed, it will be packaged and shipped Monday through Thursday before 3:00 pm Eastern Time. All orders received after 3:00 pm Thursday will be shipped the following week, unless we contact you, the customer, to inform you of any delays.
We typically ship via the US Postal Service. If you wish to have your items shipped by another method, please contact us.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order and for verifying it in their order confirmation email.
If you need to change your shipping/delivery address before your order has shipped, send an email to info@hairlabftl.com with the detailed address change. We will make necessary changes to your shipping address and confirm it with an email. If your email is not received prior to shipment, we will be usable to reroute the shipment
Unfortunately, there are things that we cannot control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of the Post Office. Because of this, we cannot guarantee safe and timely arrival of your package once it has been placed in the mail for shipping. Also, we cannot guarantee the precise day and time of delivery. Hair Lab Studios is not responsible for transit delays due to high package volume, inclement weather, strikes, mechanical problems, terrorism safety control, natural disasters, package mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information from our customer. We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is at the discretion of the delivery person and, therefore, not in our control.
Returns Policy
All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service team and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Please contact our team at info@hairlabftk.com within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
